artist born in 1934 in Serbia, exposes regularly to the Large Palate. Man of cinema and theatre he carries out many decorations. Organizer and rassemblor, enthusiastic defender of the Contemporary art, it proposes with the area at the
beginning of the Eighties a "utopian" project and at that time incomprehensible for some: an International Center of Contemporary art in Auvergne, in the Regional Natural reserve of the Volcanos. Supported by Claude Wolff (Mayor of Chamalières from 1974 to 2005) Slobo and his friends form Association for the Movement of Contemporary Art of Chamalières (in Auvergne) in 1984.
